We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and strategic individual to enter our Fast-Track Management Position Program to become a Canvassing Director. The methodology of this program is designed to allow the selected individual to demonstrate their canvassing skills, team leadership, and office management that are required to fulfill a long-term position as an Office Director for New Canvassing Experience. The individual will be expected to maintain or exceed all performance metrics and job duties for the roles of Fundraiser and Team Leader prior to promotion to Director. Under the Fast-Track Management Position Program, the position of Office Director may be offered in as little as three weeks. Thereafter, the Office Director will be expected to maintain all Director targets and fulfill all Director duties.

As Office Director, you will be at the helm of a canvassing team that focuses on talking to people, telling them great stories about how their donations will make a difference and change our world for the better. You will meet great people every day knowing that you’re raising support and money for charities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to let your leadership skills flourish and will gain the type of fundraising expertise that few have the chance to hone.
