NCE’s full-service Telephone Fundraising is now live. For over four years, a dedicated team of telephone-based fundraisers has been based at our Head Office in Austin, Tx. For our charity partners this team has provided:

Historically, this has not been our core business, but as 2019 turned into 2020, we began to look at developing this business area. The recent outbreak of COVID-19 and our desire to utilize our multi-skilled fundraisers on the telephone have accelerated this process. Our calling services use a platform called Evergiving to allow donations to be taken in real-time over the telephone. We are fully PCI compliant and GDPR compliant. We focus on motivating sustainer donors/committed givers.
